We are always looking for EXPERIENCED, reliable, hardworking & HONEST individuals for FULL-TIME employment for our lawn cutting/landscaping/snow plowing business. Full-time employment for our company is a year round position which offers a guaranteed 40 hour per week for 52 weeks. The minimum yearly salary of an experienced employee is $42,000 with some overtime hours.

In addition to a guaranteed income 52 weeks per year our company also offers these exceptional benefits:

Fixed Spring/Summer/Fall hours 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., with the potential of up to 10 additional hours of overtime per week, only if desired.
Lighter snowplowing routes and responsibilities. Multiple back-up trucks and snow removal equipment provide less stressful and shorter snowplowing runs versus the competition.
We pay time and a half for all snow related work and parking lot salting work. Alternating on-call schedules (with extra pay for being on call) during the winter among employees provide flexibility as well as the possibility to increase wages by covering on-call hours for each other. Gasoline allowance for winter work also provided.
We offer our seasoned employees a 401K program(Fidelity Investments) with company matching contributions, paid vacation and supplemental health benefits.

Required experience:

2 years previous landscaping experience needed (cleanups, trimming, weeding, edging, mulching and installation), lawn cutting and snow removal. Experience with the above mentioned equipment also needed.

Required license or certification:

NYS drivers license with clean record
